DEBBIE MCDONALD – Field Team Manager

Deb is CSM’s merchandising expert. Her standards are second to none and she works tirelessly to train, up skill and manager our field team so that they are working to her exceptionally high standard. Debbie's role is structured so that she spends time both in store and in the office. This enables her to know exactly what our Field Team experience so that we can support them in the best way possible.
