Do you have a range of products which generally take care of themselves? Are your re orders regular, stock turns are good?

At CSM we understand that not all products need the same amount of attention and are therefore happy to offer support as and when you want it, without tying you into a fixed call cycle.

By way of an audit, 'health check' and for your peace of mind, CSM recommend a Compliance Check bi annually to ensure that your products are to plan o gram.

Our Compliance check service consists of:

• A full report on how your products are presented in store.
• Feedback from the staff in store.
• Recommendations, if applicable, on improvements to how your range is displayed.
• Shelf talkers, wobblers, POS material checked and reported on.
• Competitor activity: how their range is looking compared to yours, if they have an in store promotion running, changes to their range etc;
