CSM was selected as our vendor agent at inception of our New Zealand operations in June 2013. CSM are a vital part of our structure, and we consider their business to be an extension of our business.
There have been some changes over the years with Carl and Jodie purchasing the business a few years ago which gave reason for concern, however to their credit they have improved the business significantly since then. CSM provides constant communication and reporting for the New Zealand network have local knowledge and understands the ever-evolving landscape at Bunnings.
Recently Bunnings has moved away from BLG (Bay Layout Guides) and returned to (Planograms). CSM has helped ACM provide a professional and engaged level of service which is a pure reflection of ACM and its capabilities.
CSM has introduced an electronic call reporting system that provides images in-store and Q&A if required. We are excited to continue the relationship and grow our business using these tools. Having a vision instore to manage, promotional, seasonal or buyers’ requests is crucial.
