Established in 2006, CSM is proudly New Zealand owned and operated.

CSM is one of New Zealand’s leading providers of merchandising and sales solutions to the retail industry. We provide outstanding service to our clients.

Specialising in the hardware, retail and grocery sectors, we pride ourselves on delivering a personalised service with consistently high quality execution.

 

Our management structure is designed so that you have direct contact with your key account manager whenever you need them. They are fully supported so that they are available to run the team supporting you. Our nationwide team are all fully trained and committed to supporting you with a whole range of services. CSM does not tie you into long-term contracts or strict call cycles. We work on the 'win-win' principle and aim to establish long-term relationships with our clients.

Carl Gooding

Carl came from an educational background. He had 20 plus years of managing people, children, and running programs and has brought all that experience with him. Carl is a real people person and oversees the administration side of the business. Coming from a physical education background, he’s the first one to put his hand up to say….”I’ll do it!”  He is perfectly placed in a fast-moving, retail management environment:

Jodie Gooding

Jodie oversees the management of our merchandising team. 
She has spent years running her own importing business and this has led to her total understanding of our client's needs. She has sole responsibility for managing these clients, some of whom are overseas, and handles all day to day aspects of CSM including reporting, attending regular buyers meetings, expos and the general management of the CSM team.  

Jodie is hands on with the running of the team.

Abby Walkinton

Abby manages our reporting system and all special projects. Her previous roles with Mars enables her to bring to the team a wealth of experience and be our ‘go-to’ person.

Abby goes above and beyond and will always exceed client expectations with her sound ability to work well under pressure.  Abby works closely with clients in Briscoes, NZ Safety Stores & Supermarkets. She can handle anything thrown at her.

Belinda has a very close relationship with all CSM team members and clients. 

She has an incredible eye for detail and approaches every aspect of her work head-on. Belinda is very passionate about her work which shows through her execution of tasks while in store and working alongside clients. She runs a very tidy ship and is an expert at juggling both her team and tasks to ensure they work smoothly.  

Nicola Leek

Nicola keeps everything in the office in check to make sure we all run smoothly at all times.

 She also manages all of our team inquiries and makes sure all our reps have what they need to complete a fantastic job while out and about.

A bit of a whizz in the kitchen, Nicola also delights us often with her delicious home baking!
